About the Foundation

The Piedmont Arts Foundation, founded in 2004, is dedicated to the memory of two exceptionally talented students, actors, technicians and citizens who lost their lives while attending Stone Bridge High School, Loudoun County Virginia. Immediately following the tragic accident that took their lives, the families were overwhelmed by the outpouring of Community support for the boys, their school, and most noticeable, their roles in the Stone Bridge High School Drama Department. Donations to the school resulted in several grants for graduating Drama Department seniors, as well as money for much needed theater equipment. The Foundation hopes to continue to draw upon this momentum and create a lasting and much needed support structure for high school level performing arts.

The Foundation is a public charity whose main function is to support Performing Arts in Loudoun County Secondary Schools, focusing primarily on theater arts and Drama Department supplemental funding. The secondary mission is to support performing arts throughout Loudoun County as a whole.

The Piedmont Arts Foundation is grateful to all who wish to offer support both through time and donation.
